Use this form to flag operational, regulatory, Medicaid, MCO, or legislative issues that may affect Ohio addiction treatment providers. OATPA will organize the facts so the issue can be reviewed and, when appropriate, shared with its lobbying team.

Helpful submissions include:

Any deadline, denial, audit, rule, or written guidance
What outcome your organization is asking OATPA to pursue
