OATPA is launching with focused advocacy and member communication first. The association is designed for providers committed to high levels of care, compliance, and constructive policy engagement. Dues are billed monthly. Individualized assistance and association-hosted events will expand as membership and capacity grow. Grant-writing support is expected through an outside partner on a contingency-fee basis, and lobbying services will be provided through an outside government-relations firm.
